On your mark.....

Shall we try again? I know what I want and need to do....I even know how to do it....but do you think I can get off my lazy ass and do it? Nooooo of course not! I would rather play games and watch tv and do other useless pathetic activities that in no way improve upon my very limited skill set. Why do I find it so hard to get going on this? and why do I settle so easily instead of pushing myself further?

Am I the only one who finds it hard to do this?...is there a procrastinators anonymous I can sign up for?

The pencil is there with in arms reach... so why is the paper in the other room?

Here be monsters

So as my work load has increased with class I have neglected drawing other things not affiliated with class. Thinking about things I would like to start drawing I pondered (as you do) that I enjoyed a class project where we had to draw monsters..... So I knocked this up quickly (really quickly for me!)

So here is the first of hopefully many monster sketches.

Don't ask because I don't know...started scribbling and this is ten minutes later...some sort of weird arsed guard looking thing..... yea.

Colouring practice....

A friend of mine did a sketch I really liked, so I used it to practice my colouring. I spent fifteen minutes redoing the line work and another thirty minutes colouring her, I didnt get it finished but its passable and I like it.

Unit-16 Pirate chick

I finaly got around to finishing this sketch for the monthly challenge....first entry :P

The colouring is super fast and dodgy because the first four attempts came out shit! I just can not seem to get the hang of the whole speed painting slash concept painting style.......

Oh and I suck at choosing colours.

Trying out a new style, for a first attempt I think it turned out fairly well, I have issues with the right hand and her breasts.....

I really would like to get atleast one finished piece into this months U16 activity.
